How many hours in advance can I book?

Clients can book 4 hours in advance.

Do you accept walk-in clients

We will determine on a case by case situation. Typically we want all clients to book online and make an appointment so that we can prepare for your visit. If you would like a walk-in visit please give us a call before coming so that we can try our best to accommodate you. 

Can I eat before I come?

We recommend our clients NOT eat 2 hour before any lipo, wood, fascia or ice services. It is recommended that client stay hydrated by drinking at least 1 liter of water before any session. All other services, it is okay to eat. For teeth whitening, we don't recommend any clients drinks any dark beverages before/ after treatment.

Do you have discounts?

Yes, make sure you are following us on our social media pages for upcoming discounts.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! We welcome friends! Please add in the notes when booking or call us to inform us you are bringing someone and their desired service. As long as you are comfortable being in the same room while services are provided at the same time. If you call before or add to the notes of your booking be sure to ask/write about the “bring a friend discount”. If this is either you or your guests first time at the spa, please remember to come 15 minutes prior to your reservation time to fill out intake forms.

I need to cancel my booking/reschedule/running late

No problem. We do not issue refunds for any services. There is a non-refundable $25 service fee paid at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule just give us a call 24 hours in advance and we will accommodate you. If you would like to transfer to another client there is a $15 transfer fee. If you are running 15 minutes late, we will either have to reschedule you, reduce your time of service or if your session will run into our next appointment you may be asked to return at a later time if there is availability that day.
